Additional information
Generally, Tzatziki should be fine for up to 3 days in a container with a lid in the refrigerator. Some of the water may separate, but you can just stir it back in before serving.
Ingredients
  1. Peel and grate the cucumber.
  2. Place the grated cucumber in a drainer bowl and sprinkle it with a tablespoon of sea salt.
  3. Leave the mixture for a quarter of an hour to lose all its liquid.
  4. Before moving to the next step, press the mixture with your hands to remove the remaining liquids.
  5. Place the mixture in a bowl, press the garlic and add it into the bowl, add the &deli extra virgin olive oil and vinegar, and mix.
  6. Finally, add the &deli Greek yogurt and mix well until all ingredients are well blended.
  7. Serve Tzatziki in a bowl with a zip of &deli extra virgin olive oil in the center and one &deli Kalamata olive on the top or a dill leaf.
