Red Hot Cheesy Pepper
- 300 gr. of &deli Greek feta cheese
- 2 red chilli peppers
- 2 slices of red sweet pepper
- 3 tablespoons &deli Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 teacup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teacup of &deli extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of smoked paprika
- 1 &deli Kalamata olive
About Red Hot Cheesy Pepper
This is a cheese-based spread from Greece, known as ‘Hot Cheesy Dip’ or the ‘Beaten dip’ due to its preparation method. A typical Greek appetizer is served as part of a mezze platter, or by itself, on slices of toasted bread or pita. So, surprise your friends at your next gathering with some really ‘hot’ news!

- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend it for 3 minutes until the mixture gets smooth.
- Put the dip into a serving plate, sprinkle it with a pinch of smoked paprika and decorate with one &deli Kalamata olive.
